Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Shape into balls and place in the fridge until firm.
  2. Tread 3 – 4 balls onto metal skewers or soaked wooden skewers.
  3. Spray the braai grid with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Braai the skewers for 10 – 15 minutes turning regularly until the meatballs are cooked through.
